  The GWM400 weighing module is a robust and reliable solution for weighing applications in various industries. It is made

III. Installation

Installation steps:
1.Fix the load cell and base plate diagonally with screws. 
2. Fix the lower pressure head to the cell. 
3. Fix the two screws to the base plate, ensuring they don't exceed the baseplate. 
4. Install limit nuts on each screw, then install the upper pressure head and the upper pressure plate. Adjust the coaxiality 

between the plate and the screw, and lock the anti-drop and limit nuts. 

5. Fix the cell base plate to the lower mounting surface. 
6. Fix the upper pressure plate to the upper mounting surface. 
7. Loosen the anti-drop and limit nuts, and adjust the gap between them and the upper pressure plate (about 1 to 2 mm).

Notes:
1.Ensure the upper pressure plate is parallel to the base plate. 
2. The upper pressure plate and the screw shouldn't touch each other. 
3. There must be a gap between the limit nut, the upper pressure plate and the anti-drop nut. After installation, the upper 

pressure plate can be semi-freely movable so that it can automatically adjust within a certain range.
